Interstages Heightens Community Awareness of Arts Education
Our October 6th screening of executive producer Jamie Foxx's new documentary, Thundersoul, was a great success! A full house (not a dry eye), an inspirational film, and yet another strategic opportunity for Interstages to continue the dialog on Arts Education for our youth. Immediately following the film, we took a short "text" survey, successfully utilizing the latest technology to gain necessary feedback which will enable us to better serve not only the students in our program, but the Washington DC community at large.
At the bottom of the evening, attendees had the opportunity to participate in a thoughtful and relevant Q&A session with the film’s director, Mark Lanahan. We sincerely hope that everyone enjoyed the evening and gained as much from it as we did.
Again, our many thanks to all who attended and we look forward to seeing you at our next event!
